Safaricom Introduces Real Time Network Reporting Tool

Safaricom recently launched the Safaricom Network Guarantee alongside a suite of products aimed at empowering its customers and providing the company with the responsibility of refunding subscribers for disconnected services on the network.

After 90 days of gathering feedback from customers, the company has announced updates to the service.

Subscribers will continue to be compensated for all of their dropped calls but the refunds will now be provided cumulatively on a weekly basis.

The Safaricom Network Guarantee is only applicable for calls within the network with the refunded airtime valid for seven days.
